    Q1:肥仔波會自己消嗎? A:早期(< 12 個月、組織纖維化未完成)停藥後可能部分回復,超過 12 個月一般需要手術切除。建議出現任何胸部變化立即諮詢醫生。


    Q2:性慾減退停藥後幾耐會恢復? A:大部分人在停藥後 3-6 個月內恢復。少數 case 報告需 12 個月以上,極少數可能無法完全恢復(即所謂 PFS)。


    Q3:我食非那雄胺冇副作用,要唔要轉 SMP? A:唔需要為咗轉而轉。如果藥物效果穩定、無副作用、自己 OK 持續服用,繼續食藥係合理選擇。SMP 係 副作用無法接受嘅替代方案,唔係必然升級。


    Q4:我停藥後脫髮會唔會大爆發? A:通常會回到食藥前嘅自然脫髮速度。如果你食藥已有 5+ 年,累積保留嘅密度會在 6-12 個月內失去 60-80%。SMP 可以喺呢段過渡期內提供視覺穩定性。


    Q5:SMP 做完仲可以食非那雄胺嗎? A:完全可以。SMP 唔影響任何藥物吸收或內分泌。


    Q6:我食非那雄胺有抑鬱症狀,係咪藥物引起? A:可能性存在。立即諮詢精神科或家庭醫生 — 抑鬱症唔好自己判斷。停藥後若情緒回復,可考慮非藥物替代方案(包括 SMP)。


    Q7:女性可以食非那雄胺嗎? A:孕齡女性絕對唔可以,會影響男性胎兒發育。停經後女性在醫生指導下可低劑量使用。女性脫髮通常用米諾地爾為首選。


    Q8:SMP 紋髮會唔會有副作用或紋髮後遺症? A:SMP 嘅副作用 / 後遺症發生率極低(< 1%),主要包括:(a)局部紅腫 24-72 小時;(b)對色料過敏(patch test 可預先排查);(c)使用劣質色料嘅長期後遺症 — 例如 2 年後變藍綠、色料乳化。揀正規中心 + 醫療碳基色料,紋髮後遺症幾近 zero。對比非那雄胺嘅 5-15% 性慾減退、1-3% 肥仔波,SMP 安全性高好多。


    Q9:紋髮缺點同紋髮失敗嘅常見原因? A:紋髮缺點主要係:(a)唔係真髮,唔可以剪長型;(b)3-5 年要補色一次;(c)做完 7 天唔可以出汗 / 游水。紋髮失敗(變藍綠、暈色、學徒練手)99% 都係揀錯中心引致 — 唔係技術本身嘅問題。詳見文章 5:點分正規 SMP


    Q10:紋髮可以「再生髮」嗎?仿真毛囊原理係點? A:紋髮唔可以令真髮再生(呢個係常見誤解)。SMP 係用醫療色料喺頭皮表層點出「仿真毛囊」嘅視覺效果 — 你睇上去好似有頭髮,但其實係色料點點。如果你想真髮再生,要食米諾地爾 / 非那雄胺 / 植髮。如果你想視覺上即見效果 + 無副作用,SMP 紋髮係最直接方案。


    Q11:魔術增髮、髮粉、SMP — 邊個最自然? A:(1)魔術增髮 / 髮粉:每日噴 / 撒喺頭上,落雨、出汗、瞓覺即時甩走。短期遮蓋可以,唔係長期方案。(2)SMP 紋髮:一次處理,2-3 年內全自然,3-5 年補色。就自然度 + 持久度,SMP 完勝。但要注意 SMP 屬醫療程序,要喺持牌 DHCC 中心做。
